You are responsible for providing a valid and accessible email address when placing your order.

5. VIP Membership

Our VIP Membership provides members with access to eligible digital products available through the membership at no additional charge, subject to the specific benefits and terms displayed when you join.

VIP Membership is billed on a recurring basis and may be cancelled at any time. Upon cancellation, access to applicable membership benefits will continue until the end of the current billing period unless otherwise stated.

By placing a recurring VIP Membership order, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method for the applicable membership fee on a recurring basis until you cancel.

Recurring membership charges are processed through the same payment processor and merchant account used for applicable one-time purchases.

The merchant descriptor appearing on your payment statement may identify The Stepwise Shelf or the applicable merchant name associated with the transaction.

You may cancel your membership by contacting us at info@thestepwiseshelf.com or through any membership cancellation method made available on our website. Cancellation will stop future recurring charges.
