You can cancel your Stepwise VIP Membership at any time. There are no cancellation fees and no questions asked.
How to cancel
Email info@thestepwiseshelf.com with the subject line "Cancel my VIP Membership". Please include the email address you used to sign up and, if you have it, your order number.
We'll reply by email to confirm your cancellation, within 1 business day (support hours Mon – Fri, 9am – 6pm EST).
When it takes effect
- Cancelling stops all future charges.
- You keep your membership benefits until the end of the billing period you've already paid for.
- You won't be charged again after that.
Refunds
Membership charges for a billing period that has already started are not refunded. See our Refund Policy for full details.
